Photo Gallery: H.H.D. Kyabgon Chungtsang Rinpoche's Visit to Kham
In 2005, His Holiness Chungtsang Rinpoche, for the first time in his life, came to visit the Drigung Kagyü monasteries in Kham areas known today as Yu Shu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. We had the good fortune of helping to make this historic visit a great success.
His Holiness, who lives in Lhasa, is the joint head of the Drigung Kagyü Lineage. There was a lot of excitement and funfair in the whole region starting with Xining, the provincial capital city.
