Tibetan Healing and Peace Tour 2011
In 2011, we, The Drigung Kagyu Office, were proud to host a second North American presentation of the Tibetan Healing and Peace Tour. The tour came to it's close in the end of 2014. Presenting various Buddhist rituals and sacred dances, the monks of this tour shared their special, Drigung Kagyu practices all over North America in various venues. This tour was a great success and the monks have expressed their gratitude for the wonderful reception they have received in North America and especially for the opportunity to share their culture and lineage and experience North America at the same time.
We would like to thank all of the centers, volunteers, venues and audiences that took part in this wonderful cultural show. Also, we thank and congratulate the Drigung Kagyu monks of Jangchubling Monastary that participated, for the successful completion of their tour and for representing the Drigung Kagyu lineage in the exemplary manner in which they did. We wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors.
